Together with Raôul Oudejans he embraced and facilitated all the tests and scientific research necessary to make the glasses work in an expert performance center and for each individual athlete. With his knowledge of the basketball game, de Wit formed a unique combination with Oudejans to discover the most functional drills for players and coaches. De Wit is globally well known for his guidance of young talents and his excellent practices. He is well known in Europe about his accomplishments.
